Established in 1968, Sichuan Long March Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., formerly known as Sichuan Long March pharmaceutical Factory, is a large state-owned antibiotic manufacturer.

In December 1992, the company established Sichuan Long March Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. after the transformation of joint-stock system.

In October 2000, Sanjiu Group restructured its assets and changed its name to Leshan Sanjiu Long March Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

By the end of 2007, the equity delivery announcement between Shanxi Zhenxing Group and Sanjiu Yigong Biochemical Co., Ltd. was completed, and the company was renamed Sichuan Long March Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd..

In 2011, it was restructured and controlled by Sichuan Lanyan Investment Group Co., Ltd. At present, Sichuan Long March Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has two subsidiaries, which are Leshan LongMarch Medicine lndustry Co., Ltd. and Leshan Long March Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd.
